If you intend on making modifications to the mesh, Its recommended you use this version of blender or higher. A fix has been merged into blenders FBX exporter that allows unity to import proper Shapekey Normals.

Substance Painter 9.1.2
This project was made with version 9.1.2 of substance painter and cant be opened in previous versions.
If you have an older version of substance painter, you will need to create a new project with the substance .fbx file.
When exporting your textures, use the provided presets and follow the steps under Substance Export Configuration
